- Services are by appointment only. Although, we can try to fit you in at the last minute if we have an opening or a cancellation.
- We kindly request that you give us 24 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment.
- The esthetician reserves the right to terminate the service or appointment for any reason.
- We accept cash and checks as payment for services.
- You must be 18 or over to receive services or have a parent or guardian present.
- Limit your caffeine intake the day of your appointment as it can stimulate the nervous system and make waxing more painful.
- Please refrain from drinking any alcoholic beverage 4 hour or longer before your treatment.
- Please avoid sun exposure for 24 hours both before and after your waxing service.
- Bikini waxing can be more painful a few days before and after your menstrual cycle so schedule your appointment accordingly.
- Let us know if you are using any skin medications that could affect your waxing service. These include but are not limited to Accutane, Alpha or Beta Hydroxy
Acids (glycolic, salicylic etc.), antibiotics, Benzoyl Peroxide, Differin, Retin-A/Retinol or any other skin thinning medication. Also, please let us know if you have had a facial peel or dermabrasion or laser skin care including sun spot removal. - Children: Unless your child is receiving a treatment, for their safety we ask that you not bring them with you to your appointment.
- Mobile phones — while necessary part of modern living — are not permitted while you are getting services.
- Dogs: We love dogs, but unless your dog is a registered service dog, please leave them at home.
- Please leave your valuable items at home we are not responsible for lost or damage.
